L-Acoustics Enhances Nemenčinė Cultural Centre's Concert Hall with State-of-the-Art Sound System

Nemenčinė Cultural Centre has recently undergone an impressive revitalization, featuring a complete renovation of its facade, interior spaces, and library, as well as the addition of a hotel and gym. However, the centerpiece of this transformation is the new 310-seat concert hall, designed to accommodate a wide range of events, from classical music concerts to theatrical performances.

The technological centerpiece of the concert hall is the professional sound system installed by Scenos Techninis Servisas (StS), with a particular focus on the innovative L-Acoustics sound solution. Julius Gružinskas, Head of the Design Department at StS, highlights the unique challenges they faced due to the hall's unconventional geometry, which necessitated a specialized approach to sound equipment placement.

The chosen L-Acoustics A Series loudspeakers, including A10i Wide and A10i Focus, were strategically combined to ensure optimal coverage for the space, with additional 5XT and X8 loudspeakers for front and back rows. The integration of LA4X sound amplifiers into the stage platform not only ensures high-quality sound but also maintains an aesthetically pleasing environment.

Collaborating with acoustics specialists, the sound system was meticulously designed to complement the hall's layout, resulting in precise and immersive sound throughout the concert hall. With this state-of-the-art sound system in place, the Nemenčinė Culture Center Concert Hall is now poised to host top-tier events and attract renowned performers and groups from various genres.
